The support party was awesome by the way & after the boys arrived in Aberdovey (6 hours riding time, with 17.5 mph average on one of the hottest days of the year & over the backbone of Wales....clicked the button yet?) we enjoyed a superb overnight stay at the Penhelig Arms. Go if you can, whether for just a meal or to stay over. Magic!

Just wanted to express my support for the Miscarriage Association. One their counsellors sat and patiently listened to me as my world fell apart one weekend 9 years ago. For that reason alone I'll be donating and I'm very happy to do so.
I have no idea why it's taking me so long t properly make it your blog and set up RSS feeds so I actually get to see when you post but anyway, I'm here now!
An ex boyfriend is a big CSC fan, if it's any comfort he looks like that in his bike kit but if it's possible even more odd. He's 6 foot 6 and like a bean pole, can you imagine what it looks like in lycra!
I'm glad they had such nice weather for their very worthy adventure :)
Lovely pictures and sounds like a very special cause.
Wow, look at that amazing scenery. And, what a most wonderful cause to be riding for.
